Colorado Springs incubator

Elevated ideas.
Grounded build.

Alpine Forge is a hands-on incubator in Colorado Springs. We work with early-stage founders on product, operations, and go-to-market so the company is real, sequenced, and ready to run.

What we forge

We work the parts most incubators skip: first product, how the company runs, and how customers find it.

Product

Make the thing real

We help you name the buyer, cut the feature list, and sequence a first version you can ship. The goal is a product someone can use, not a backlog of maybes.

Company

Establish the operating rhythm

Offer, bookkeeping, legal hygiene, sales pipeline, all within a weekly cadence. The unglamorous system that lets you make decisions without reinventing the company every Monday.

Market

Get it in motion

Positioning, first conversations, and a go-to-market motion you can repeat. Spend comes after you can explain who it is for and why they would pay.

Peak ambition. Proven process.

A 90-day operating path. Week one is intake and diagnosis. Then a written plan with owners, artifacts, and a weekly cadence. The rest of the quarter is hands-on work against that plan: product, operations, and go-to-market. You always know what this week is for and what done looks like at day 90.

Step 1

Intake

A short application. We look at stage, the problem, and whether our way of working would actually help. If it is not a fit, we say so.

Step 2

Diagnosis

A working session on the product, the buyer, and the constraint that is blocking you now. We leave with a shared picture of the problem, not a new slogan.

Step 3

Build plan

A written 90-day plan with owners, artifacts, and a weekly operating rhythm. Paper you can run, not a slide you present once.

Step 4

Forge

Hands-on support across product, operations, and market. We work the plan with you and measure against what we wrote down.

Who this is for

A fit

You are early, but not hypothetical. There is a product, a prototype, or a clear problem you are already in. You want a partner on the operating work, not a cheerleader. Front Range or mountain west is a plus, not a requirement.

Not a fit

You mainly want intros to investors, a logo on a cohort page, or help polishing a deck. If there is no product and no plan to build one, we are the wrong shop.
